4.3 Consequential Damages Exclusion

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

5.2 Dispute Resolution Procedures

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services:

• 1. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation.
• 2. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation.
• 3. Only if mediation is unsuccessful may either party pursue litigation in accordance with section 5.1.

This dispute resolution procedure does not apply to matters requiring immediate injunctive relief or the protection of intellectual property rights.

5.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

5.4 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective when:
